Hi, my husband took my son in for a hair cut today Aug 1, 2022. When he came home I was shocked at the hack job he received. The back hairline was raised 1.5 inches and uneven. The nap of his neck had spots of hair clumps left. He had one side burn cut off and the other untouched and one inch shaved behind one ear and not the other at all. His bangs were cut on a diagonal line. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in Danielle's skill and acceptance of the work she did!

I really appreciate the system put in place to deal with covid-19. I was impressed, felt very comfortable and I was so happy to finally get my hair cut! I want to thank you for taking it seriously and acknowledge the great efforts you all have made to not only get back to work but to make it safe!

This was my son’s first experience at Sport Clips and we were very pleased with the overall experience. We had Trouble checking in online because of my phone connection but they were able to accommodate us. My son has special needs and sensory issues making it difficult to have a smooth experience during a salon visit. The salon was very busy and loud and we needed to wait outside. They made every effort to accommodate us and get his hair cut. She immediately noted he had several colics and most beauticians seem to miss or ignore them which makes for a horrific hair cut. She asked him permission before she used the clippers or blow dryer due to his sensitivity to noise. She was patient and thorough and this was his best cut in 11years. All of the other clients had technically excellent cuts - each beautician took a lot of time cutting their hair . For example, when they were using the shaver for clients who wanted a zero or one, they did not start with the one guard. I noticed that each beautician started with about a three or higher and gradually took the hair down to a length of 0-1. I asked a few beauticians the link they were cutting it and some even said a 0.5 or a 1.5. They were very specific in meeting the needs and desires of the clients. It was busy and loud, and there was a sense of urgency in getting all clients in on a timely manner. Sometimes clients feel that stress and tension and it comes across in the wrong way. Ironically, each hairdresser took an incredible amount of time with their clients. At the other “quick” chain salons they spend about 12-15 minutes at the most and I always end up trimming his hair at home or returning for a “fix” by someone else. I did have some trouble using the online booking site but was told that the app is more effective so I will be using that in the future. I would definitely recommend this location and the hairdressers that I saw as very technically proficient and professional. Kudos to the staff!
